Bad workout day
Have you ever had one of those days where you cheat on your workout even though you dont mean to?Well today I had one of those days.I had a lot of school work to do today so I was going to do all that and then I was going to run.Great plan right?wrong!so i went to do all my stuff and the thing is I didnt do any of it.I didnt even go do any cardio.Believe me when I tell you today was a bad workout day!
