Tracking Workouts

Hi,
Can anyone tell me how to post the workouts, if I enter I ran, then how
do I add also strengh training etc?

Choose “Track Workout” from the orange box on the right (always available in your dashboard, and usually available on most member blogs).

To pick “Run” vs “Strength Training” pick the activity type from the “Activity Details” section of the page.
